What we fix

Mobile Truck Repair Services

Everything below happens where your truck is parked. Same tooling, same diagnostic laptops, same parts a shop would use — loaded into a service truck instead of a bay.

Emergency Roadside Assistance

Breakdown response on I-4, US 27, SR 60 and every Polk County road in between. Jump starts, air leaks, get-you-rolling repairs.

Details

Mobile Truck Tire Service

Blowouts, slow leaks, road-gator damage. Steer, drive and trailer positions, plus on-site replacement so you are not riding a spare to Orlando.

Details

Mobile Brake Repair

Air brake work on the roadside or in your yard. Chambers, slack adjusters, S-cams, shoes and drums, plus air leaks that will not let the system build.

Details

Cooling System & A/C Repair

Florida heat finds every weak hose and tired fan clutch. Overheating, coolant loss, radiators, water pumps — and cab A/C that actually blows cold.

Details

Aftertreatment & DPF Services

Derates, regens that never finish, DEF and SCR faults. The classic Polk County problem — short DC-to-DC runs that never let the truck burn its soot off.

Details

Engine Diagnostics & Repair

We plug in, pull the codes, and read what the ECM is actually saying before anyone touches a wrench. No-start, low power, rough idle, warning lights.

Details

Mobile Electrical Repair

Batteries, starters, alternators, corroded grounds and trailer lighting. Heat kills Florida batteries faster than cold ever kills a northern one.

Details

Fuel System Repair

Water in the fuel, plugged filters, air in the lines, lift pump and injector trouble. Common after a bad fuel stop or a hard rain in a poorly sealed tank.

Details

Hydraulic & Suspension Repair

Blown air bags, dead leveling valves, tired shocks, burst hydraulic hoses on dumps and roll-offs. The stuff that makes a loaded trailer sit crooked.

How it works

Three Steps, No Runaround

You are already having a bad day. The process should not add to it.

  1. Call and talk to a person

No phone tree, no callback form, no bot. Tell us where you are — exit number, mile marker, truck stop, DC name — what the truck is doing, and what it is hauling. That is usually enough to know what parts to load.

  2. Get a straight ETA and a price

You hear a real arrival window, not "soon." You also hear what the service call costs before we roll. If we are two hours out and you need someone in thirty minutes, we will tell you that instead of taking the job and stranding you.

  3. We diagnose, quote, then fix it

The tech assesses the truck on site and calls the repair with a price. Nothing gets wrenched on until you approve it. If it genuinely needs a shop, we say so and help you line up the tow instead of billing you to find out.

Why drivers call us back

Built Around How Trucking Actually Works

Hours of service do not pause for a breakdown, and a truck sitting still costs money every hour. Everything here is shaped around that reality.

Reachable at 2 a.m.

Dispatch takes calls around the clock, including weekends and holidays. If we cannot pick up the moment you call, you get a callback straight away — not in the morning.

We know these roads

Exit 27 versus Exit 41. Which side of US 92 has a shoulder wide enough to work on. Where the Polk Parkway ramps get tight. That knowledge saves real time.

Price before the wrench

You get the service call rate on the phone and the repair estimate on site. No invoice surprises, and no work performed that you did not agree to.

Honest about what we cannot do

Some repairs need a lift, a press or a full teardown. When that is the case we say it up front rather than burning three hours proving it to you.

All the major nameplates

Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, International and Western Star, plus reefer units, box trucks and trailers.

Owner-operators and fleets both

One truck or forty. Fleets get consistent techs, documented work and PM scheduling that fits around dispatch instead of fighting it.

Lakeland, Florida

Mobile Diesel Repair Built for Polk County Freight

Lakeland sits at the middle of I-4, and I-4 is the busiest freight artery in Florida. Publix runs its headquarters and distribution out of this city. Amazon has a million square feet on County Line Road plus an air cargo hub at Lakeland Linder. Saddle Creek Logistics has been moving freight from Saddle Creek Road since 1966. Rooms To Go, Walmart, and a long line of 3PLs fill in the rest.

Add the CSX intermodal terminal in Winter Haven, the phosphate haul roads around Mulberry and Bartow, and the produce running SR 60 and US 27, and you get a county where thousands of heavy trucks are working every single day. Trucks that work break.

That is the whole reason this operation exists. A truck stopped on the shoulder of I-4 at Exit 32 does not need a shop twenty miles away with a three-day backlog. It needs a diesel tech with the right parts pulling up behind it. So we built the service around going to the truck, and around the specific things that break here — heat-killed cooling systems, aftertreatment that never gets a highway run long enough to regen, batteries cooked by Florida summers, and air systems that fail at the worst moment in stop-and-go DC traffic.

No walk-in shop, no service writer, no waiting room. Just a phone number that a person answers and a truck that shows up.

Where we work

Service Areas Across Polk County

Each town below has its own page with the exits, routes and freight yards that matter there. If you are somewhere not on this list, call anyway — we cover a wider radius than the pages suggest.

On the interstate right now?

We run I-4 from roughly Exit 17 in Plant City east to Exit 58 at ChampionsGate — that covers County Line Road, both Polk Parkway interchanges, Memorial Boulevard, Kathleen Road, US 98, SR 33, SR 559, CR 557 and the US 27 junction. We also work SR 60, US 27, US 92 and US 98 across the county. See the full I-4 corridor coverage map and exit list →

Common questions

Mobile Diesel Repair FAQ

Are you really open 24/7, or is that just marketing?

Really open. Dispatch takes calls around the clock, including weekends and holidays. If we cannot answer the second you ring, leave your location and number and you will get a callback straight away rather than in the morning. Overnight calls may carry an after-hours rate, which you will hear on the phone before anyone rolls.

How fast can you get to me on I-4?

It depends on where you are, what time it is, and what is already in the queue. You get a real arrival window on the call — not "soon." If we are further out than you can wait, we will say so up front so you can make another plan instead of losing an hour finding out.

What information should I have ready when I call?

Five things get a truck rolling faster:

  • Exact location — road, direction of travel, nearest exit or mile marker
  • Truck make, model and year, plus engine if you know it
  • What it is doing, in your own words, and any dash codes showing
  • Loaded or empty, and whether the load is temperature sensitive
  • Whether you are in a travel lane, on the shoulder, or safely off the road
Which truck brands and engines do you work on?

Freightliner, Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth, International and Western Star, plus box trucks, reefer units and trailers. On the engine side that covers Cummins, Detroit, Paccar, Volvo, Mack and International power.

Can everything be fixed on the roadside?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Most tire, brake, air, electrical, cooling, fuel and aftertreatment work is very doable on site. Anything needing a lift, a press, or a major teardown belongs in a shop. When that is the call, we tell you early and help you get a tow lined up.

Do you work with fleets and distribution centers?

Yes. We do scheduled PM services, DOT inspection prep and repair work in yards around Lakeland, Auburndale, Winter Haven, Plant City and Davenport, including after hours so trucks are not pulled out of service during the day. See fleet maintenance for how that works.
